Dogs Hotel Pro Village

Due to hygienic reasons, dogs are not allowed in the entire area of the Hotel Sonnenpark****s and the Sonnentherme Lutzmannsburg – but while you are enjoying your holiday here the Pro Village offers a great accommodation for your dog. The boarding kennels were rebuilt in 2020 and the team focus on adequate animal housing, care and supervising as well as additional services.  It is located nearby the Austria/Hungarian border in the Hungarian village Sopronkövesd (approx. 20 minutes from Lutzmannsburg by car).

Equipment and Services:

• Each accommodation has a spacious interior area with sleeping area also equipped with an air-conditioning/heating system
• Each accommodation has an exit to a private covered terrace and individual meadow (fenced to all sides)
• You will get an individual link to a 24/7-video-live-stream so that you have the possibility to supervise your dog at any time you want from your smart phone/tablet or PC
• The area offers a dog training area, a dog swimming pond and much more
• A professional and loving care is guaranteed by the stuff (employees are at the site 24 hours each day)
• During your dog is housed at the Pro Village you are allowed to visit him at any time you want – for example if you want to go for a walk with him by yourself
• Pick-up and delivery service (on request)  

Included services:

•  Accommodation and equipment as mentioned above
• Individual dog walking for 20 minutes per day
• Of course, each accommodation will be cleaned and disinfected each time a new dog arrives and, of course, regularly during the stay as well
• In any case of emergency, the team cooperates with local and cross-regional veterinarians

Price:

• 9,900.00 Forint (approx. 28.00 €) per dog per day without food
• If you would like to accommodate two dogs and they are used to each other: -50% for the second dog (both dogs in one flat)
• Payment is possible in cash in Forints, by debit card, Visa or Mastercard directly at the Pro-Village
• If you would like to use the pick-up and delivery service (additional lump sum payment: 9,900.00 Forints) an advanced cash transfer is possible – please contact the Pro-Village staff directly

Important:

• Please bring enough food your dog is used to
• Vaccination certificate (rabies) required, as well as deworming (not older than 2 month) and flea and tick protection (not older than 1 month)
• The dog must be healthy and not aggressive towards people; she-dogs in heat or pregnant she-dogs cannot be looked after

• An upright liability insurance for the dog is required
