Our rooms are at your disposal from 3pm on the day of arrival and until 12am on the day of departure. Admission to the Sonnentherme and Sunny Bunny Water World (our own exclusive area) is included all day in the opening hours. Comfortable changing rooms are located on the lower floor in the Hotel Sonnenpark. Larger pieces of luggage can be deposited at the reception

All family rooms are equipped with air conditioning. Please follow the operating instructions. The air conditioning system only works when the windows are closed and the outside temperature is above 21 °C.

The Alpha-Relax-Lounge is located in the Blue Room of the Spa area and was developed especially for expectant mothers. Tender vibrations, gentle tones and the ambience of the Blue Room ensure complete relaxation - even for the unborn child. Information and appointment reservations at the hotel reception.

You will find the bathing rules of the hotel and Sonnentherme in the entrance area to the hotel's own bathing area SUNNY BUNNY WATER WORLD.

The "Baby's" for babies up to 2 years is located on the 1st floor of the hotel. The baby kitchen, the Snoezelen room and the crawling zone are open all day.

The baby kitchen is located in the "Baby's" (1st floor) and is available around the clock for preparing baby food.

All year round, our hotel and the Sonnentherme offer an extensive program for babies, children and parents. Among other things there are baby swimming, mini swimming, speed contest, artist's workshop and children's disco, cinema and much more. Further information about the daily program can be obtained at the hotel reception, in the daily Sunny News or from the current notices in the hotel lobby and in the Sonnentherme.

Snoezelen is located in the "Baby's" and is specially designed for babies and their mothers. With bubbling water columns and quiet music, the baby can experience and collect a variety of sensory impressions (seeing, hearing, feeling, touching, ...). All senses are stimulated and emotions such as well-being and calmness are triggered.

The baby paradise in the Sonnentherme for babies and small children. With air temperatures of approx. 29°C, water temperature of 34 - 36°C, baby pools with graduated depths, a shallow pool and children's play pools, baby groove, bubble pool, Sunny Bunny's Farm with spray animals and tractor slide, sleeping room, baby kitchen, nursing honeycombs, baby and children's sauna such as walking schools, your babies are guaranteed to have a relaxing time. We also offer shaded outdoor areas, free buggies and much more.

You are welcome to rent a bike, rickshaw or inline skates for tours on one of the numerous routes of the "Rolling Area" at the hotel reception free of charge. In winter we offer bicycles and rickshaws depending on weather conditions and availability.

There is a border crossing to Hungary for pedestrians and cyclists approx. 200 m away from the hotel. If you want to cross the border, please take your passport with you.

The Café Bar on the ground floor of Hotel Sonnenpark is open SU-THU from 04:00 to 11:00pm and FR-SA until 11:30pm. Here you can enjoy cool drinks and cocktails to quench your thirst. If the weather permits, you are guaranteed a relaxing time on our sun terrace. Our smoking lounge is available outside in front of the hotel entrance or in the garden of the hotel.

The nearest cash machine is located at Raiffeisenbank in the centre of Lutzmannsburg.

Our extensive animation program for babies, children and parents as well as the child care times can be found in our current day program "Sunny News". For further information on the childcare program, please contact the reception or our Sunny Bunny Team.

The Sonnenpark chip watch for adults serves not only as a room key and admission ticket to the adventure worlds of the Sonnentherme (Baby World, Fun World, Speed World, Sunny Bunny Water World and Sauna World), but also as a convenient means of payment. You can pay with it in all facilities of the Hotel Sonnenpark and the Sonnentherme (also in the Thermenshop). The costs will be booked directly to your room bill. Children (from 2-15 years) receive a chip clock, which is limited in its function to room keys and entrance ticket.

Besides Speedy there are Austria's longest water slides, "Twister" & "XXL Monster Ride", which provide ultimate sliding fun! In addition more than 1000 m² water surface, further giant slides, wave pool, splash pool with climbing wall, sports pool and much more await you ...

Visit www.kiosk.at and read more than 200 free (daily) newspapers, magazines and international media on your tablet, smart phone, or laptop via our Sunny Bunny´s WLAN.

You can use the Miele family laundry room, located in the basement of the Hotel Sonnenpark, and equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer, detergent and ironing board around the clock free of charge. The iron is available at the reception.

Enjoy classic massages, Thalasso therapies, La Stone therapies and moor treatments in the massage institute. Opening hours are daily from 9.30am-06.00pm.

In general you can book all additional services of the hotel and of the Sonnentherme comfortably via chip watch to your room bill. You can settle your room bill from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Alternatively, you are welcome to pay your bill the evening before your departure at the hotel reception. You are welcome to redeem the vouchers of the Sonnentherme and the Hotel Sonnenpark upon payment of the invoice.

The nearest petrol stations are in Lutzmannsburg and Oberpullendorf (13 km away).

Please note that pets are not allowed in the entire hotel and spa area of our children's and family hotel.

The restaurant of the Hotel Sonnenpark with Front Cooking Station as well as a special baby and toddler buffet is located on the ground floor. Here you can have your breakfast, lunch and dinner in buffet form - in summer there are also seats on the veranda with insect screen.

The afternoon snack with coffee, cakes and salty snacks can be enjoyed in the pavilion of the hotel's own bathing area - Sunny Bunny's Water World - from 01.30 to 05.00pm.. Coffee & soft drinks are available all day in the pavilion and in the café bar opposite the reception desk.

Besides our restaurant in the Hotel Sonnenpark there is also a rich gastronomic offer in the Sonnentherme. In the spa restaurant, the sauna bar and in the pavilion of the Sunny Bunny Water World there will be something for every taste. There is also the Café Bar in the hotel. You can enjoy coffee, cake and afternoon snack from 01.30pm to 05.00pm in the pavilion.

Celebrate the birthday of your child with us - with Sunny or Pinky Bunny in the hotel or birthday parties with external guests in the Sonnentherme. Our reception will be pleased to inform you about our offer.

Room safe and operating instructions can be found in the wardrobe of your hotel room. For security reasons we ask you to keep valuables and money in it.

Even the biggest sauna fans will enjoy their stay in the Sauna World of the Sonnentherme. The offer leaves nothing to be desired: two Finnish saunas, 2 steam baths, aroma steam bath, herbal sauna, low-temperature sauna, whirlpool, plunge pool and a large infrared cabin provide plenty of variety. Admission for young people aged 15 and over.

The family hotel Sonnenpark is a non-smoking hotel. We have set up smoking areas in the outdoor areas in front of the hotel and in the hotel garden and ask you to use them. In the outdoor areas of the hotel garden and the Sunny Bunny Water World we ask you to smoke only in the designated areas.

Turbo solariums are available at the Sonnentherme during the opening hours. The fee for using the solarium will be charged to your room account with your chip key.

During their stay guests of the Hotel Sonnenpark have free entrance to all worlds of experience and areas of the Sonnentherme. Fun World, Speed World, Baby World, Sauna World and the Sunny Bunny Water World can be used free of charge.

The Sunny Bunny Club is located on the ground floor. Children from 2 to12 years can play, paint, and do handicrafts supervised by trained child minders. Please refer to the daily "Sunny News" for the detailed program and care times.

The Fit & Fun Club exercise room in the lower ground floor invites you to climb, play and have fun. This Fit & Fun Club is without supervision and at your own risk.

For our teenagers there is also a gaming zone with pinball, air hockey, billiards, table tennis and table football in the basement. You will find a Nintendo Station and a Playstation before the crossover to the Sunny Bunny Water World.

There is also a children's theatre stage situated in the lower floor. Punch and Judy, Clown & Co. enchant children with their performances. Here you will also find the children’s disco. And in the evening everyone comes to rest here at the children's cinema.

Sunny Bunny gift articles (cuddly toy, hit-CD, T-shirts, mugs, T-Shirts and much more) as souvenirs or gifts for friends can be purchased at the Sunny Bunny’s Shop next to the reception..

This thermal area is exclusively accessible for guests of the Hotel Sonnenpark with direct connection to the public area. Coffee, cakes and salty snacks are available in the pavillon from 01:30 to 05:00pm and soft drinks and coffee can be taken all day.

The Sonnentherme team offers group lessons for babies, children and adults. Of course, you can also book individual swimming units as well as advanced courses with our swimming trainers at short notice and depending on availability. The baby and child swimming courses for beginners and advanced swimmers are designed for the age group from 3 months to approx. 10 years. Information and bookings at the hotel reception or directly at the swimming coaches.
